Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or for made-to-order items.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

Chida Gems is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
