You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, with no signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or repair. To start a return, email chidagems1@gmail.com with your order number, name, and reason for return.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry, made-to-order pieces, gift cards, final sale or clearance items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Every piece is crafted in .925 sterling silver and sometimes with 14k gold accents, set with ethically sourced gemstones. Most designs are handcrafted by artisan jewelers in Bali and Peru; our custom engagement and wedding pieces are handmade in Los Angeles using 14k or 18k gold, platinum, and a range of stone options.

Each ring is listed in both US and EU sizing. The easiest way to find yours is to measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits, or wrap a strip of paper or string around your finger and measure the length. We warranty every item against normal wear for life. Damage from misuse isn't covered under warranty, but if that happens we're glad to help you find a solution and get your piece wearable again. Full details are on our Lifetime Warranty page.
