- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly.
2. Shipping Methods
- We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited delivery.
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Please be sure to select the best shipping method for your address. Note that some shipping providers do not ship to certain locations. For this reason we recommend you double check this prior to ordering.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method chosen and your location.
- Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery.
- Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery, with delivery times ranging from 5 business days at an increased rate.
4. International Shipping
- We currently do not ship Internationally but we are working on this and aim to offer Chida globally!
- We aim to offer international shipping to select countries.
- Once available, International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services. Please allow additional time for delivery.
5. Tracking Information
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. Generally our boxes/envelopes are a standardized size.
- Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- We regret that we are unable to ship to certain locations due to legal restrictions or logistical limitations.
Return & Refund Policy
At Chida Gems, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, or repair.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Made-to-order pieces.
- Gift cards.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. For all other exchanges, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Natural Gemstone Disclaimer
Many of our pieces feature natural gemstones. Variations in color, pattern, inclusions, and appearance are normal characteristics of natural stones and are not considered defects.
